What areas do you serve?

We serve Warren County (including Front Royal, Linden, Riverton, Cedarville) and Page County (including Luray, Shenandoah, Stanley) in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley.

How do I start weekly collection service?

Visit our Contact page and fill out the "Start Service" form, or call us at (540) 252-5340. We'll get you set up quickly!

What day is my trash picked up?

Pickup days vary by location. When you sign up, we'll let you know your assigned collection day. You can also call or text us anytime to confirm.

What happens if I miss putting my bins out?

For weekly collection customers, we'll come on your scheduled day. If you miss it, your trash will be collected on the next scheduled pickup. For STR (short-term rental) customers, we'll even retrieve bins that guests forget to set out.

Do you offer service for Airbnb/VRBO properties?

Yes! Our STR Collection service is specifically designed for short-term rentals. You get unlimited trash volume per pickup with a flat monthly rate — no matter how much your guests leave behind.

How much does service cost?

What can I recycle?

We accept glass, plastic, metal, and electronics. Metal and electronics recycling is completely FREE through our partnership with Warren County facilities.

How does junk hauling work?

Submit a request through our website or call us. We'll provide a fair quote based on the items and volume. Once approved, we'll schedule a pickup to haul everything away.

What do you do during bad weather (snow, ice)?

Safety comes first. During severe weather, we may delay pickups and will post updates on our website and social media. We always make up missed pickups as soon as conditions allow.

How do I request a maintenance service call?

Visit our Contact page and use the "Service Request" form, or call us directly. We'll schedule a technician to come out and take care of the issue.

Can I manage my account online?

Yes! Existing customers can manage their account through our customer portal. Look for the Manage Account link at the top of our website.

How do I refer a friend?

Just have your friend mention your name when they sign up for service. Visit our Refer a Friend page for more details.
